Orders placed before before 5pm are shipped on the same day using a signed for Royal Mail service. Delivery is free for all items within the UK. Tracking information is sent via email on dispatch. You can find information about your delivery online by visiting Royal Mail’s tracking portal here.
In some instances your order may be too large to send via Royal Mail and on those occasions your order may be sent via Evri. Delivery by Evri is within 48 hours and a signature will be required on delivery.
