Returns Information
You can return your order to us (unused) for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.
We recommend that you use a signed for service when returning your order.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
Royal Mail recorded or registered services are both good and affordable. Ask at your local post office for information.

Please include with your returned item instructions regarding what you would like us to do i.e. refund or exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
